5. Custom Commissions

5.1. Custom commissions (including size or medium requests) must be arranged via email at the.dreamy.brush.arts@gmail.com.
5.2. Custom artwork typically takes 2–8 weeks to complete, including drying time for oil paintings.
5.3. Full payment is required before work begins.
5.4. If I am unable to complete your commission by the agreed deadline, a full refund will be issued.

6. Artwork Presentation

6.1. All artworks are varnished and shipped unframed, without hanging devices. Framing is at the buyer’s discretion once the artwork is received.
